DIY Massage Oil
Tension Erasing Blend
- 1/2 cup dried lavender
- 20 drops chamomile oil
- 10 drops peppermint oil (optional—this will give it a cooling sensation and an uplifting component)
Tools & Supplies
- Measuring cup
- Sanitized glass pump bottle
Add oils into your bowl.
Using a funnel, pour mixture into a jar.
Shake before using.
