Benefits: Cocoa butter penetrates deep into the epidermis, to hydrate multiple layers of your skin. Vitamin E oil firms the skin and helps with skin’s elasticity. Both have been said to help prevent stretch marks.

Tips and Tricks: In colder climates, add more avocado oil to make a smoother consistency.

Cocoa butter hardens up in colder weather.

Variations: Cocoa butter can be subbed for shea butter, and if lavender isn’t your preference, other pregnancy-safe essential oils include lemon, orange, chamomile, frankincense, peppermint, ylang ylang, and eucalyptus.

How to Use: Rub over entire belly 2-3 times daily for best results.

Level of Difficulty: Medium
