Rating:
Today I’m reviewing this awesome new supplement that promises to boost metabolism and burn fat: Turmaslim.
Ok, don’t roll your eyes. I know how many weight loss supplements are out there but this one is really clean—it contains only three natural ingredients.
I really love this simple yet effective combination and have been noticing a lot of improvements in the way I look and feel.
What is Turmaslim?
Turmaslim is a weight loss supplement by the brand Healthygen. Turmaslim has a lot of great health benefits, primarily the ability to:
- Burn fat by cutting your appetite.
- Boost metabolism by breaking down fat at a cellular level, as well as fighting inflammation.
- Help you lose weight without exercise or radical changes to your diet.
Turmaslim can also give you a big boost of energy throughout the day without any gross side effects.

It’s completely natural, containing only three plant-based ingredients, which I’ll tell you more about below. The supplements are made in the USA in an FDA-inspected, GMP-certified facility.
They’re also completely vegan, and free of any gluten, dairy, salt, artificial colors, flavorings, sugar, preservatives, or other artificial additives.
Who is Healthygen Supplements?

It’s a California-based company that specializes in natural treatments and supplements. They have a lot of great products, Turmaslim being my favorite, and I trust them immensely.
How does it work?
As I said, Turmaslim contains only three natural ingredients that work together to maximize benefits.
They are Forskolin, Turmeric, and Bioperine.
Forskolin
Forskolin is made from a plant in the mint family, hence its pretty leaves. It grows in Nepal, India, and Thailand and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.
A recent University of Kansas study emerged with evidence showing that after taking forskolin twice a day, men burned body fat 7.8 times faster than the placebo group.
They also had a greater increase in testosterone levels. Women in the same study saw reduced fat and increased lean muscle mass.
This was a small study and more testing is needed, but the herb has been featured as “lightning in a bottle” by Dr. Oz and many people swear by it.
Turmeric
Turmeric is a bright orange spice from the ginger family and grows in India and Southeast Asia. It has also been used in Ayurvedic medicine.
A Tufts University study showed that turmeric can shrink the fat content of cells. Other research shows that it can also lower cholesterol and blood pressure, as well as detoxify the liver.
As someone with injuries, I personally love turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties. It’s an excellent treatment for chronic pain.
All these health benefits are due to turmeric’s active ingredient, curcumin. Healthygen claims that curcumin kind of “preps” the body to reap the fat-burning benefits of forskolin as efficiently as possible. Makes sense—if the body isn’t trying to fight inflammation, regenerate liver cells, etc., it can use that energy to burn more fat.
But there's one tiny problem with turmeric: It does a terrible job of being absorbed by the body when taken on its own.
That’s why anyone who has taken turmeric as a supplement will (hopefully) know that it needs to be taken with black pepper in order to be fully absorbed by the body.
That’s why Healthygen added the third ingredient:
Bioperine
Bioperine is an extract of black pepper. It significantly boosts absorption, allowing turmeric and forskolin to work as well as possible.
My Personal Experience with Turmaslim
I always wake up super hungry and need a huge breakfast. I guess that’s why intermittent fasting didn’t work for me!
But then I feel sluggish throughout the day and frustrated because I’ve already taken a big cut out of my daily caloric intake.
If I take a Turmaslim when I wake up, I don’t have that big craving, and instead can eat something light and healthy. I also notice a nice, clean energy throughout the day.
I also love how it has turmeric and black pepper, because I already try to take those every day to treat the inflammation from my injuries. This makes it a no-brainer—with a fat-burning bonus!
How much does Turmaslim cost?
One bottle of Turmaslim costs $69.00, and will last one month if taken every day. Their most popular product is a 4-pack of supplements, which brings the price down to $44.00 a bottle. Shipping is free.
I know that may seem like a lot, unless you’ve boughten pure turmeric before. It’s not exactly the cheapest spice. Plus, Healthygen offers kind of a crazy return policy

They’ll give you a complete refund within 180 days of purchase. Here’s the crazy part: they’ll actually double your refund if you send them a letter explaining your experience with the product and before/after photos.
Sounds like they’re pretty confident in their product. It almost sounds too good to be true, but I wouldn’t know, because I haven’t returned mine!
Final Thoughts for TurmaSlim
Turmaslim is a great weight loss option for those who are struggling because it offers a clean and natural solution. I feel like I’ve pretty much covered how Turmaslim affects me, but no body is the same. I’d say go for it—if you don’t like it, you could even earn some money!
If not, definitely read up a little more on the benefits of turmeric because there’s a reason it’s that color. The stuff is gold!
